TERIAKI CHICKEN WINGS

Marinade:

¾ cup soy sauce (reduced sodium is fine)
¾ cup white sugar
1/3 tsp garlic powder
 

Combine the above.  Marinate chicken wings (5 to 7 pounds) overnight (using a zip-top plastic bag is a great way to marinate – and makes for easy clean up).

Bake wings in a 325 degree oven on foil-lined cookie sheets – single layer.

Bake approximately one hour – turning occasionally.

Baste occasionally with marinade. 

DELICIOUS!   Serve while watching your favorite football team this weekend!  Great served with celery and blue cheese dressing.

For easy clean-up:  coat the foil with cooking spray as the marinade gets sticky as it cooks – almost no clean up with this method.
